Agreement

By using NicheFast Opportunity Radar (nichefa.st), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use our service.

Service Description

NicheFast Opportunity Radar is a subscription service that identifies and scores business opportunities from public conversations across Reddit, Twitter, Hacker News, and review sites. Problem cards, scores, and recommendations are for informational purposes and should not be considered business advice.

Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Builder ($19/mo) - 50 problem cards per day, basic features
• Founder ($29/mo) - Unlimited cards, deep dives, alerts
• Team ($79/mo) - Everything in Founder plus 5 team seats, API access

Free Trial

All plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the first billing period. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time
• We offer full refunds within 14 days of subscribing if you're unsatisfied
• Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle

Usage Limits

The Builder plan is limited to 50 problem cards per day. When you reach your limit, card details will be blurred until the next day or until you upgrade. Limits reset daily at midnight UTC.

Intellectual Property

Problem cards contain aggregated insights from public sources. You may use the information for any lawful purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape our data without written permission.

Limitations

Our analysis is based on publicly available data and AI interpretation. We don't guarantee business success, accuracy of market predictions, or completeness of opportunity detection. Use problem cards as one input in your decision-making process.

Acceptable Use

Don't use our service to:

• Scrape or bulk download problem cards
• Share account credentials with non-team members
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms
• Resell or redistribute our data without permission
• Use automated tools to access the service (except via our API)

API Usage (Team Plan)

Team plan subscribers may access our API. API usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse.

Changes

We may update these terms or our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Price changes only affect new billing periods.
